Yearly Engineering Challenge
Every summer, engineers and interns team up to create innovative solutions to complex problems. Over a couple months teams research, build and present their work. Successful projects help the company and are rewarded with catered lunch, vacation time, etc.
ASSETT, Inc. offers a 9/80 work schedule to provide a valuable employee benefit, to provide work schedule flexibility and to enhance better work/life balance. In a standard 9/80 workweek, employees work nine hours per day, Monday through Thursday, and on alternate Fridays either work eight hours or have a day off. Employees may choose to work the 9/80 or work the standard Monday – Friday workweek.

COVID-19 Response & Remote Work
Employee health and safety is paramount at ASSETT. At the onset of the pandemic, employees were sent home to work remotely. Explicit permission is now required to visit our offices and work on-site. Our post pandemic work plan will feature a combination of both remote and on-site work.
